 Who I Work With

I work with adults, teens, and relationship configurations navigating identity, emotion, and connection. My practice centers those who often feel “too much” or “not enough” — people moving through trauma, transition, or the challenges of being human in systems not built for everyone.

  • Neurodivergent clients including those who identify with or beyond labels like Autism, ADHD, or other forms of cognitive and sensory diversity — seeking affirming, strengths-based support and practical tools for regulation, communication, and self-understanding.

  • Queer, trans, and gender-expansive individuals exploring identity, belonging, expression, and safety within themselves and their communities.

  • People healing from trauma, complex PTSD, and attachment wounds, working toward greater stability, self-trust, and integration.

  • Individuals navigating depression, anxiety, or emotional intensity, learning to regulate, understand, and honor their emotions while cultivating resilience.

  • Those in recovery from substance use or relational patterns of avoidance and control, approaching sobriety or harm reduction through compassion and accountability.

  • First responders and military veterans processing PTSD, moral injury, and reintegration with care and structure.

  • People who have experienced incarceration, rebuilding stability, identity, and community after systemic harm.

  • Relationship configurations and counterparts (monogamous, non-monogamous, polyamorous, co-parenting, or chosen family systems) seeking communication, repair, balance, and a sense of security in connection.

How I Work

Relational & Collaborative
Therapy with me is not a blank slate — it’s a relationship built on trust, curiosity, and mutual respect. I show up as a real person, engaged and attuned, offering both compassion and gentle challenge when needed. Together, we’ll explore patterns, meaning, and possibility in ways that feel grounding and empowering.

Body-Based & Trauma-Informed
We’ll pay attention to your nervous system, the sensations in your body, and how your emotions move through you. I use grounding, breathwork, and somatic tracking to help you build regulation and deepen self-awareness without overwhelming your system.

Parts Work & Integration
Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and ego-state work, we’ll explore the different parts of you — the protectors, the wounded, the resilient — so you can better understand their roles and integrate them with compassion.

Systems-Based & Context-Aware
Our stories don’t exist in isolation. I bring a systemic lens that honors how family, culture, neurotype, and systems of power shape our experiences. I strive to hold therapy as a space of accountability, equity, and liberation.

Balancing Acceptance and Change
I support clients in finding a rhythm between acceptance — meeting yourself as you are — and change — moving toward what feels aligned, intentional, and free.
