Cancellation Policy

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be charged at the full rate, except in cases of emergency or illness.

Confidentiality

Our sessions are private and confidential, except in cases where disclosure is legally or ethically required (e.g., harm to self or others, child or elder abuse, child pornography, abuse or neglect of an adult dependent). We'll discuss this further in our first session.
I provide confidential care to clients navigating substance use and recovery, and will only share information with outside providers with your written consent, in accordance with HIPAA and professional ethical guidelines.

Supervision

I am currently practicing under the supervision of Dr. Tracy Smith, Licensed Psychologist (PSY24366), through Grateful Heart Holistic Therapy Center.

Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of therapy services. This estimate will be provided in writing upon request or before our first session if you are not using insurance.
