Cancellation Policy I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be charged at the full rate, except in cases of emergency or illness.
Confidentiality Our sessions are private and confidential, except in cases where disclosure is legally or ethically required (e.g., harm to self or others, child or elder abuse or neglect, child pornography, abuse or neglect of an adult dependent). We'll discuss this further in our first session.I provide confidential care to clients navigating substance use and recovery, and will only share information with outside providers with your written consent, in accordance with HIPAA and professional ethical guidelines.
License Status and Supervision I am currently practicing as an Associate (gaining hours towards licensure) under the supervision of Rayne Banneck and Leticia Brown (licensed therapists - credentials below), through Axis Mundi Center for Mental Health.
